Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange. This policy complies with UK Consumer Rights regulations.

📦 Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals
- Not damaged by misuse or improper handling
Non-returnable items: Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g. opened fetal doppler probes, earphones due to hygiene), gift cards, and downloadable software. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before returning.
🔄 How to Start a Return
- Email our support team at guriltd.official@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will send you a return authorisation and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label (for faulty/wrong items only).
- Pack the item securely, include your order number inside the package, and send it to the address below.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item / defective product).
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
🔄 Exchanges
If you need a different size, colour, or product, please request an exchange via email. We will place a new order for you once the original item is returned and verified. Exchange shipping is free for UK customers.
⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return label and send you a replacement immediately (or issue a full refund if preferred). No extra charges apply.
❌ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days from our approval, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please email us at guriltd.official@gmail.com.
