3. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We strive to display colours and images accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings.

• When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods.
• Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards processed securely via Stripe. Payment is taken at the time of order. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Free standard delivery is available on orders over £40. We are not liable for delays caused by third‑party carriers, but we will always assist you in tracking your parcel.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• To initiate a return, email support@gurii.co.uk with your order number.
• We will refund the full product price (excluding original shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault within the first 6 months, please contact us immediately. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund in line with your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gurii shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Intellectual Property

The Gurii name, logo, and all website content are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
