At Gurii, we want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Below you will find all the details about our shipping methods, costs, and delivery times across the United Kingdom.

📍 Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

⏱️ Delivery Times (7 days standard)

📦 Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
⚡ Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (additional fee calculated at checkout).
🆓 Free Standard Delivery: On all orders over £40.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your parcel is on its way.

Every order includes a tracking number. You can follow your parcel’s journey via our courier partner’s website using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days, please contact our support team.

🚚 Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe (7 business days for standard shipping), please email us at guriltd.official@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and keep you updated every step of the way.

In rare cases of lost or stolen parcels, we will file a claim with the courier and offer a replacement or full refund as soon as the claim is resolved.

📮 Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

🎁 Multiple Items / Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on warehouse locations. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

❄️ Extreme Weather & Delays

During periods of severe weather or courier strikes, deliveries may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and will communicate any major disruptions on this page.
